Use these links to check formatting for several commonly preferred citation styles.
When using a citation generator and/or citation tools in a database, such as PubMed, be sure to check the final generated citation against a style manual or an online style guide such as Purdue OWL to ensure that the citations are formatted correctly.

Free Reference Managers
Use these links to manage references and create a bibliography in your preferred citation. A reference manager is particularly helpful when referencing multiple resource gathered over time. The links provided are either free or include a free version of the product.

When using the Medical Library's Databases, CINAHL Complete or Medline Complete, a link is available to Request this item through interlibrary loan for materials that are not available in the Medical Library's collection. The form will prefill with the article's information. Complete the form with your name, campus, email address, and phone number, and the Medical Library will be notified of your request and will update you on the status of your article. When using Somerset's PubMed, please select the Somerset logo in order to reach the same form.
